ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕အတြင္းမွာရွိတဲ့ ယာဥ္ေၾကာပိတ္ဆို႔မႈ အမ်ားဆံုးျဖစ္ပြားေနတဲ့ မီးပိြဳင့္၇-ခုမွာ ယာဥ္ေၾကာပိတ္ဆို႔မႈ နည္းပါးေစဖို႔အတြက္ ယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႕ကိုဖြဲ႕စည္းပံုအသစ္နဲ႕ အင္အားတိုးခ်ဲ႕ေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိတယ္လို႔ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီးယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႕ဒုတပ္ဖြဲ႕မွဴးရဲမွဴးသာေဌးကေျပာသည္။

Police Major ThaHtay from Yangon Region Traffic Police Force said that the Traffic Police Force has been reconstituted with more members to reduce traffic congestion in the seven most congested traffic junctions in Yangon.

ယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲဖြဲ႕စည္းပံုအသစ္အရ ဇန္န၀ါရီလ ၂၂-ရက္ေန႔က စတင္အေကာင္အထည္ ေဖာ္ေနတဲ့ မီးပိြဳင့္၇-ခုမွာ ေခ်ာ္တြင္းကုန္းမီးပိြဳင့္၊ ဘုရင့္ေနာင္မီးပိြဳင့္၊ ေရႊဂံုတုိင္မီးပိြဳင့္၊ ဦးေထာင္ဘိုမီးပိြဳင့္၊ လွည္းတန္းမီးပိြဳင့္၊ ဟံသာ၀တီအ၀ိုင္းမီးပိြဳင့္နဲ႕ ေျမနီကုန္းမီးပိြဳင့္တို႔ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

The seven traffic junctions, in which traffic jam has been dealt with under the new constitution of the Traffic Police Force since 22 January, are Chawdwingon, BayintNaung, Shwe Gone Daing, U Htaung Bo, Hledan, Hanthawady and Mye-ni-gone

“အသစ္ျပန္လည္ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံုအရဆိုရင္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕အတြင္းမွာတစ္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ကိုတပ္ဖြဲ႕စုတစ္စုနဲ႕ ၃၁စုဖြဲ႕ထားၿပီး ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕အျပင္မွာ ႏွစ္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ကိုတပ္ဖြဲ႕စုတစ္စုနဲ႕ ၇စု အားလံုးစုစုေပါင္း ၃၈စုနဲ႕ လမ္းစည္းကမ္းကိုၾကပ္မတ္သြားမွာပါ။ ဖြဲ႕စည္းပံုအသစ္နဲ႕ အနီးကပ္ကြပ္ကဲေဆာင္ရြက္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ယာဥ္ေၾကာပိတ္ဆို႔မႈ အမ်ားဆံုးျဖစ္တဲ့၇ေနရာမွာ စတင္ၿပီးေတာ့ တပ္ဖြဲ႕စုစုေပါင္း ၂၄၈ဦးနဲ႕ တာ၀န္ယူၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနပါၿပီ”လို႔ ၄င္းကဆက္လက္ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

He added, “A unit is posted to one township each in downtown area, accounting for 31 units, and a unit in two townships each in the suburbs, accounting for 7 units to enforce the traffic rules. (38 is understood) We’ll provide close supervision in the traffic junctions. We’re already coping with the seven most congested areas with 248 members.”

အဆုိပါအစီအစဥ္ကို အမ်ားျပည္သူသယ္ယူပို႔ေဆာင္ေရးအာဏာပိုင္အဖြဲ႕နဲ႕ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းျဖစ္ကာ ဇန္န၀ါရီလ၂၂ရက္ေန႔မွစတင္ၿပီး တစ္ပတ္အတြင္း ပညာေပးကာလအျဖစ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရပါတယ္။ ယင္းအစီအစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်ိန္မွာ နံနက္၆နာရီ၃၀မိနစ္မွ ညေန၆နာရီအထိသာ  ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။

This programme is being implemented in cooperation with the Public Transportation Authority. The one-week education programme will begin on 22 January and it is carried out from 6.30 AM to 6 PM.

“ယာဥ္ေၾကာ ပိတ္ဆို႔မႈေတြကို ဦးစားေပး ေျဖရွင္းသြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီေနာက္မွာ ယာဥ္မရပ္ရတဲ့ေနရာေတြမွာ ရပ္တဲ့ယာဥ္ေတြကို လွည့္ကင္းနဲ႕ယာဥ္ထိန္းအင္အားတိုးခ်ဲ႕ၿပီး ဖမ္းဆီးအေရးယူသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္”လို႔ အမ်ားျပည္သူသယ္ယူပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးအာဏာပိုင္အဖြဲ႕ အတြင္းေရးမွဴး ဦးလွေအာင္ကေျပာပါတယ္။

“We will first deal with traffic jams. Then, we will take action against the vehicles that stop in the restricted areas with more traffic police patrol cars and members,” said Secretary U HlaAung from the Public Transportation Authority.

ယာဥ္ေၾကာပိတ္ဆို႔မႈေျဖရွင္းဖို႔အတြက္ အဓိကထားၿပီးဖြဲ႕စည္းလိုက္တဲ့ ယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႕မွာတစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုးအတိုင္းအတာနဲ႕ဆိုရင္ အရာရွိ ၇၁၄ေယာက္၊ အျခားအဆင့္ ၂၅၇၆ေယာက္ စုစုေပါင္း ၃၄၁၃ေယာက္ရွိပါတယ္။ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီးယာဥ္ထိန္းရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႕မွာေတာ့ အရာရွိနဲ႕အျခားအဆင့္ စုစုေပါင္း ၁၁၄၄ေယာက္ရွိတယ္လို႔သိရပါတယ္။

The new Police Traffic Force designed to grapple with traffic jam is made up of 714 officers and 2,576 other ranks, totaling 3,413 members across the country. And Yangon Region Traffic Police Force is composed of 1,144 officers and other ranks.
